Kensen Brennan
Kensen is a Youth & Family Empowerment Worker.
Born and raised in Blackville, New Brunswick, Kensen is a recent graduate of the Social Service Community Worker (SSCW) program at NBCC. Kensen has always had a love for helping individuals in need and enjoys being a positive influence for others, which ultimately led her to taking the SSCW program. Kensen enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves to spend time travelling, being outdoors, and being active. Kensen is just starting her journey in the SSCW field and feels very confident in her ability to help others. -
Reggie Pearson
Reggie is a Youth & Family Empowerment worker.
Reggie has been working in Health and Social care for 25 years and enjoys music, playing bass guitar, sports, and spending time with his family. Reggie and his partner have two children (4 and 7 years old).
Reggie is from England in the United Kingdom and has been living in New Brunswick for two years. Reggie has a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care, BSc in Public Health and a Social Services Community Worker Diploma.

Amber Lynch
Amber is the Youth & Family Empowerment Project Coordinator.
Amber has been working in the helping profession for over a decade, demonstrating her compassion and commitment to nurturing the growth of youth. With extensive experience in various roles, she is passionate about supporting young people in reaching their full potential and is a true advocate for the underdog. Amber looks forward to bringing her experience, education, and calming presence to New Tide Counselling & Consulting.
In her personal life, she enjoys reading, exploring nature, cross-country skiing, and savouring a hot cup of tea in good company. When she is not wandering the shoreline, she is busy with her three boys who keep life wonderfully chaotic.
